Mr. Amit Mathur, after completing his PG in Tourism (MTA) from the Institute of Management Studies, Indore joined Galileo India (Interglobe) as a management Trainee, rose the ranks, and went on to become the Regional Sales Manager in a couple of years. He later worked for brands like Jet Airways and then Turkish Airlines as Head of Western & Southern India. This is when an opportunity came and he joined MSC Cruises as Country head – India. This was in 2012 when the industry was at a very nascent stage and there were just a handful of cruise experts. Since then he has played an important role in the development of cruises in India and has been part of panel discussions and other initiatives in this field. He now runs his own company under the brand name Serenity Global Holidays with a major focus on Cruise Tourism and Holidays
