Our Youth Mentoring Program educates, inspires, and empowers a group of tourism students to take positive action. The program will deliver an exceptional experience in challenging the tourism industry’s ecosystem, whilst looking to the future to build resilient, thriving, and purpose-led businesses that ultimately help drive demand for professional talent. If registered as a mentee, you will be matched with experienced industry professionals(a mentor) who is with the relevant experience and expertise and will help with your entrepreneurial growth and career development needs.

How to Participate (For Mentee):

• Select one of the industry mentors from the choice of three
  
• Attend the Youth Mentoring program orientation session
  
• Get connected with your selected mentor and start your mentorship program
  
• In between attend selected podcasts, webinars, seminars, master classes, and workshops organised by DTORR.
  
• After completion, celebrate your success and get rewarded.
